She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice and completed her practicum with the Portland Police Bureau. Through this training, Kirsten has learned the skills necessary to become a first-class private investigator. She is committed to getting the optimum results for her clients and supporting their needs every step of the way.

Cullen works throughout the State of Oregon and travels extensively. Storm Moore is our newest addition to Judd & Associates. He specializes in domestic cases. What he enjoys most about being an investigator is helping people discover truths and expose lies. He also appreciates the new experiences that come with each case. In his spare time, Storm enjoys going out into nature, hiking, exploring caves and snowboarding.
